The release makes Adapt one of the first staffing ATS to offer Recruiter System Connect (RSC), the integration with LinkedIn Recruiter.

This advanced connectivity delivers greater productivity, accuracy and efficiency for recruiters who can now access candidate and client information published on LinkedIn directly within Adapt. LinkedIn, which operates the world’s largest professional network on the internet, has more than 610 million members worldwide.

The integration allows LinkedIn Recruiter seat holders to export LinkedIn basic profile information into candidate records in Adapt, view InMail history and notes, plus view up-to-date candidate profiles all without having to leave Adapt and at no additional cost. Whilst using LinkedIn Recruiter, users can see if a candidate has a record in Adapt, view their interview history, feedback, progress against jobs and open that record in Adapt with one click. It enables consultants to work seamlessly without having to switch between Adapt and LinkedIn and to see the same candidate data in both systems.
