For a more bespoke solution, we are able to offer in person training solutions to help you become familiar with our recruitment and staffing software. Our team of qualified trainers works with you to build confidence in using all aspects of Adapt, including applicant tracking, CRM, reporting, payroll and billing and more, so you gain maximum productivity and efficiencies, giving you more time to focus on nurturing your candidate and client relationships.
We are able to create a course specific to your requirements before you go live, ensuring each delegate is prepared and proficient in using the software. Our courses use example data and everyday scenarios in order to give your users a thorough and practical understanding of the system. We also offer modular based courses allowing you to tailor each session to meet your needs, and available to access for future training requirements. All of our courses include training documentation, workbooks and full trainer support together with a post training support service.
For the UK and US if you are looking to host your own training, we can offer ‘train the trainer’ courses to equip your staff with the skills and knowledge to run internal courses.
