The most significant feature of this update release adds Mass Activity functionality providing staffing and recruiting Employees the capability to record multiple activities simultaneously. This ability to mass create “Make a Note” and “Record Sales Call” activities with a few simple steps saves the StaffSuite user valuable time and effort completing these common activities.

- Performance improvements to the StaffSuite User Interface reduce the time needed to switch from session to session by more than 50 percent, improving user efficiency and productivity.
- A new ACA Cost Calculator Companion report provides a list of calculated values that customers are able to then use in conjunction with the American Staffing Association (ASA) Affordable Care Act (ACA) Cost Calculator. The ASA ACA Cost Calculator tool enables staffing firms to calculate the potential costs under health care reform — and whether to “pay or play.”
- Call-Em-All’s popular voice and text messaging integration to StaffSuite received enhancements include new Message Types for Voice/Text Combo Campaigns and the ability to track Campaigns by Branch.
- Tax Updates include several updates to the California Quarterly filing format, OPT updates, and a new Federal 941 Medicare Worksheet.
