AdaptSuite Staffing and Recruiting Software Offers New Enhancements to its Flexible Configuration Capabilities

New AdaptSuite version 3.0 delivers the unique ability to tailor the system to staffing and recruiting needs while ensuring easy upgrades to the base software.

The newest version of AdaptSuite recruiting and staffing software has been updated to version 3.0 with new enhancements that enable temporary staffing and recruiting agencies to make configuration changes to the software based on their specialized needs yet easily upgrade the base software whenever a new update is released.

One of the most vexing issues for staffing and recruiting agencies is related to the specialized processes that each may employ in their business, and how their software handles these needs. No single standard software can possibly meet every business process variable out of the box. As a result, the staffing and recruiting software is often configured to meet those process needs.

However, when a staffing or recruiting agency wants to make changes to their processes, such as when adding a new line of business, they have to determine if their current software can support the initiative(s), and how much it may cost to implement those changes. Further, previous configurations made to the software can complicate the upgrade, as they may create conflicts with the upgraded software. This adds unwanted difficulty and costs to the upgrade. With these hurdles in mind, agencies may delay upgrading their software, reducing the ability of the agency to leverage any new advances in a software upgrade. Delaying software upgrades can also increase the total cost of the software and its support for both the agency and the software provider.

AdaptSuite staffing and recruiting software offers a solution to this challenge in its 3.0 release. For example, AdaptSuite can be configured to mirror and support a staffing and recruiting agency’s processes through its new Composition functionality. This gives agencies the ability to modify the visual appearance of the system to the end user. Equally important, AdaptSuite’s new Configuration Override functionality allows the creation of configurations supporting agency business processes to be maintained when the base software engine is upgraded. Thus, the agency is easily able to upgrade its base software while preserving its own unique software configurations.

About Bond International Software PLC (UK, AIM: BDI)

AdaptSuite Staffing and Recruiting Software Release Adds General Ledger Export, Fee Capture, and Job Feed Capabilities

New features in AdaptSuite version 3.1 include data export to any General Ledger software, the ability to automate and recapture fees associated with the Affordable Care Act, the capability to distribute job postings to multiple job sites, and more.

The release of Bond AdaptSuite recruiting and staffing software Version 3.1 is now available. This release further enhances AdaptSuite’s operational and management capabilities with the addition of features that include the export of relevant transactional data to any General Ledger software, the ability to automate and recapture fees associated with the Affordable Care Act, the capability to distribute job postings to multiple job boards, and enhanced transactional search.

  1. AdaptSuite General Ledger Export – allows staffing and recruiting agencies the freedom to easily export AdaptSuite payroll and billing transactional data directly into the General Ledger software of their choice, thus saving time and reducing data entry errors. The process uses the existing lifecycle of the transactions to create a data file where items in the file are identified by type so that mapping can be set up in the destination GL system. The flexible export process can be run at any time in the lifecycle and will only pull eligible transactions which were not previously exported.
  2. AdaptSuite Fee Capture – offers staffing agencies an automated means to setup and define fee types, such as for the administration of the Affordable Care Act, and pass those costs back to clients. Fees can be setup for automatic application at the corporate, client, job order, or assignment level, yet can be overridden if necessary. This feature is flexible enough to accommodate a vast number of scenarios with complete transparency at the transaction and processing levels.
  3. AdaptSuite Job Feed – gives staffing and recruiting agencies the ability to setup job feeds to any job board that can accept the XML. This highly flexible utility supports the implementation of multiple new job posting feeds without customization or configuration. This expands the agency’s job posting capability while reducing the administrative burden for recruiters or system administrators and improving reporting visibility.
  4. AdaptSuite Transaction Searching – enables staffing and recruiting agency management to search and combine both operational and financial data. This capability offers more insight into transactions as it enables the creation of ad-hoc reporting for export and analysis on a variety of key performance indicators related to contingent payroll and billing.

In addition to the above enhancements, a number of additional features and functions related to financial, operational, and business management were also included in this release of AdaptSuite staffing and recruiting software to help agencies further improve their productivity and efficiency.

New AdaptSuite Staffing Software Release Improves Staffing Agency Contingent Employee Benefit Program Tracking and Management Dashboards

AdaptSuite staffing software version 3.2 adds enhancements to improve contingent employee benefit program tracking and increase visibility into real-time information for management decision-making.

The release of AdaptSuite recruiting and staffing software Version 3.2 is now available. With the enhancements in this release, staffing and recruiting agencies will enable their recruiters, sales representatives, and back-office teams to further streamline their business processes. This release of AdaptSuite focuses on:

  • Improved tracking of contingent employee benefits
  • New dashboards and reporting that facilitates management decision-making
  • Online importing of contacts into the AdaptSuite CRM to reduce data entry efforts
  • Introduces a new Desktop Agent that offers tight integration between AdaptSuite and other third-party applications

Enhanced Contract/Contingent Employee Benefits Eligibility Tracking and Management

Government mandates have increased the importance of tracking sick time benefits across the US. As a result, staffing agencies need to define how they will structure their contingent employee sick time benefits and be able to simply track who is eligible to receive pay for sick time, how much, and when. In certain jurisdictions, making available balances visible to employees is required.

The new eligibility module within AdaptSuite staffing software offers the flexibility to meet the various requirements specific to sick time simply and efficiently. In addition, the eligibility module simplifies the tracking and management of other benefits awards such as vacation, holiday pay, and/or other benefit programs that the agency may have. AdaptSuite delivers these benefits in a unified front and back office staffing software system that reduces the time and effort typically associated with these tasks.

New Dashboard Framework and Dashboards Empower Agency Management Insights

Growing staffing and recruiting agencies are fast-moving and highly responsive to the needs of their customers as they seek out the best candidates, contractors, and contingent employees for the job orders they receive. It’s important that agency management as well as front-line recruiters and sales representatives have real-time insight into all of the various activities among internal sales and recruiting staff, so that they can understand how those activities translate into effective sales, talent acquisition, and job order fulfillment. This enables clear and effective decision-making that improves business results.

The new AdaptSuite staffing software dashboard framework offers innovative technology to view and interact with data to provide real-time visibility into the key metrics that matter most to recruiters and sales representatives. Along with the new framework, a set of new dashboards for Activities, Candidate information, and Connections are introduced in this release. Among the many benefits of the data supplied in these instantly accessible, real-time dashboards are:

  • The ability to track activities to ensure open positions are filled or matched with the right candidate
  • Understanding which key activities are delivering the highest quality and volume of placements
  • Using key performance metrics as one of the indicators of employee future performance
  • Allows management to adjust recruiting strategy or process to ensure maximum returns

AdaptSuite Reduces Data Entry Effort with Online Contact Import

One of the most tedious tasks for a staffing and recruiting sales representative is entering new contact data. AdaptSuite staffing software simplifies this with the online import of individual contacts and lists of contacts. This provides an effortless way to get new contacts into the AdaptSuite CRM Sales Studio system so that sales representatives can spend their time making the connections that lead to sales and not entering data.

Improved Third-Party Application Integration

Third-party applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, are often vital to staffing and recruiting business success. The new AdaptSuite Desktop agent provides unparalleled interaction between AdaptSuite staffing software and other applications for tightly integrated email, calendar and task entries as well as one step document editing.

Using Effective Recruiting Metrics to Drive Results

Every good recruiting agency has a mission and every mission includes a path to success. In some cases, the path to success is unplanned and even driven by luck, but generally, the most successful recruiting agencies have a thoughtful, well-defined plan. They know what they need to do to be successful. Defining your path is only the beginning. You must also ensure you are following that path. This can be achieved by using and measuring effective recruiting metrics.

Why track metrics?

Metrics offer a variety of uses. First, they are used to keep your team focused on the path to success. In their busy day to day lives, recruiters and sales reps often turn their attention to the next trend, technology, prospect, or client request that comes across their desk. If it doesn’t fit into the company’s mission, then it is a distraction. Publishing metrics reminds team members of which company priorities should receive their focus.

Second, metrics help you identify areas where the company is straying from the plan. Exception reporting in your metrics allows you to easily and quickly react to things blocking your path to success. If customer satisfaction is a major driver of your success, then you can use exception reporting in your metrics to identify low customer satisfaction scores to prevent one time service failures from turning into unhappy customers.

Which metrics should you track?

There are an endless number of different metrics that can be tracked for your recruiting agency. Your agency must narrow down the choices to find the metrics that are most effective in driving your success. Where do you want to focus? Customer satisfaction, speed of service, candidate retention, or something else? ERE Media offers a standard set of recruiting metrics that might be a good place for you to start.

As you evaluate which metrics will best drive the performance of your team, remember the following:

  • Too many metrics can lead to a lack of focus and an inability to excel in any one area.
  • Too few metrics can lead to adverse effects. For example, if you focus strongly on speed to interview, then you may sacrifice candidate or customer satisfaction when trying to decrease the time spent leading to the interview.
  • Complimentary metrics lead to balance and focus.
  • Time is of the essence. Too much time spent on a specific metric calculation and you might find yourself racing against the clock on customer and candidate workflows.

How do you use metrics to drive results?

Once you identify your metrics, there are a few processes to implement in order to use the metrics to effectively drive results.

  1. Define the metric. Metrics can be interpreted differently, so ensure that your metric is well defined. For example, if you are tracking candidate satisfaction, then the candidate needs to be defined. Will it only be candidate’s you place on jobs or any candidate that comes to the recruiting agency?
  2. Communicate the metrics across the company. When you first introduce the metrics, present them and their definitions. Share the results you are expecting from driving the business with the metrics.
  3. Measure the metrics frequently and publish the results.
  4. Celebrate the wins and dig into the losses. Evolve as needed.

How can your recruitment software help?

Effective recruiting metrics can play a large part of driving your success, but the measurement process should only be a small part of your efforts. If you have the right software, then you should be able to track and display your metrics in a dashboard or a report. Tracking metrics directly in your staffing and recruiting software means they can be easily and frequently accessed and provide your team up-to-the-minute views of how you are doing.

Analyzing your metrics directly in your software centralizes the data and simplifies the process. The activity performed by your team is facilitated by your recruiting software and the metrics are reported from the data created. By tracking your metrics directly in your recruiting software, you enable your team to drill-down for immediate exception reporting of areas where you failed to deliver instead of waiting for a monthly or quarterly review of metrics. Adapt’s Reporting & Analytics tool provides you that functionality. To learn more about our recruiting software, please contact us for a demo.

AdaptSuite Staffing Software Delivers New ACA Reporting and IRS Filing Capabilities

AdaptSuite now exports relevant Affordable Care Act (ACA) related employee data, to prepare and file IRS forms 1095-B, 1094-B, 1095-C and 1094-C through a partnership with Greenshades.

Staffing agencies are facing the IRS mandate that Applicable Large Employer members (ALE’s), defined as those with 50 or more full time or full time equivalent employees, certify whether or not they offered health insurance to such employees. The IRS forms also serve to confirm whether the Employer provided Affordable Minimum Essential Coverage, whether that coverage was self-funded and which Employees and their Dependents accepted certain types of coverage during the year.

Working in partnership with Greenshades, AdaptSuite staffing software customers will be able to extract files of the relevant ACA data from their AdaptSuite software that can be edited or appended as necessary prior to reporting. In addition, customers will have the ability to aggregate data from multiple sources into a single reporting mechanism. Benefits and Insurance information can be added into the export file and then uploaded into Greenshades for the appropriate printing or filing of these IRS forms.
