NRL, leading provider of recruitment, training, rail maintenance and Non-Destructive testing (NDT) services to the technical, engineering and construction industries, has selected Bond International Software, the global provider of staffing and recruitment software, to provide their front office recruitment CRM following an in-depth market review.
The new NRL deployment integrates Bond Adapt, delivered via Bond OnPremise, with leading solutions for payroll and accounts. Advanced capabilities of the Bond Adapt system to be utilised by NRL include the latest Adapt Studio recruitment and KPI dashboards, Adapt InSight contextual searching and matching, Web Services API and Adapt InTouch mobile app.
The Bond Adapt OnPremise solution will enable NRL to identify the best opportunities for candidates via intelligent contextual searching and matching, track KPI information through the latest graphical dashboards and drive effective business development strategies from meaningful management reporting data.
Bond will be working in partnership with NRL to deploy Adapt over a six month period. All NRL consultants across their eleven UK offices are expected to be using the solution by the end of November 2015.
